Dr. Eric Miedema

Dr. Eric Miedema graduated from Dordt College where he played baseball and graduated Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He sees patients of all ages and fits specialty contact lenses including lenses for astigmatism and eye diseases like Keatoconus. He also fits contacts on athletes as young as 8 years old. Dr. Miedema works closely with local schools and school nurses to provide evaluations for their students and training for their staffs. He enjoys coaching youth and high school sports and has served on his church board, school boards, youth sports boards and as President of a local Parent-Teacher organization.
