We perform examination on adults and children, and offer prescriptions for both glasses and contact lenses.

The best progressive lens (no line bifocals) Few patients realize that there are over 50 companies that make 'no-line' progressive 'bifocals'.  Many are of low quality.  Most offices use just one brand.   We check every progressive, old and new, to determine which provides the best vision and is easiest to get used to which has greatly increased our success rate.
 
A true computer lens.  True computer glasses can save your neck, but usually don’t include distance vision.  We provide a computer lens which many patients can wear for all 'office' vision tasks.  Many patients come here just for our computer lens.

Dr. Miedema uses his background as a college baseball player and high school basketball player as well as his years of experience as a coach to help the best contact lens options. He has fit hundreds of area athletes from age 8 and up.
