COVID-19 Information

All visits will be by appointment only, including repairs, deliveries and adjustments. For the safety of our patients and staff, we will be limiting the number of examinations and other appointments.

If you have a fever, cough or are not feeling well and healthy, please reschedule your appointment.

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes early, please wait outside until your appointment time. Once you have checked in, we will try out best to take you immediately back for your appointment and take care of you as efficiently as possible.

Please do not bring extra people to the appointment. We will only be allowing the patient into the office. This includes spouses, significant others or siblings and friends of the patient. If the patient is a child, one parent or guardian is welcome to accompany. If the patient needs a caretaker or interpreter, they are also welcome to bring one along. All visitors must be fever and cough free and feeling well to be allowed to stay for the appointment.

If you are scheduled for an exam, we will provide you with a passcode to access your personal information, including health information. Please use the link to verify all the information you can before your appointment. The link can be found on the Patient Page of our website in the box “Update Patient Info”. In the Eye History section, for Primary Reasons, please enter your main reason for scheduling an appointment. If you have any other concerns, you can enter them under Secondary Reasons.

All cancellations of exam appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice.

Please maintain proper social distancing during your visit. We ask for 6 foot distancing whenever possible. We understand that this may not be practical throughout your entire time in the office, but we will all do our best.

We will do our very best to sanitize our office and the surfaces with which you may come in contact. We have acquired a food grade disinfectant from a specialty vendor that can safely be sprayed on surfaces and allowed to dry. It is the same disinfectant being used by major transportation services, medical facilities, corporate facilities and government agencies.
